AUTHENTIC LESSONS FROM NATURE.
When our dear Eve took a big bite out of that proverbial apple, she made a choice. A choice that has forevermore led us down the garden path of many problems. Unfortunately, it took us away from being authentic in one of life’s most basic functions.
We are born of earth, and as the centuries move forward, we arrogantly believe that we know better than nature what is in our own best interests. Our innate preferences and abilities have been stunted down. We are told at an early age to eat stuff that we hate and would never normally choose if we were not being forced to. Alternatively, we get told to eat when we are not hungry and to finish all the food on our plates.
All earthly creatures are sublimely fitted with perfect intuition. They all know precisely what they are meant to eat, not only to survive but to thrive and evolve. All their meals have the correct balance of nutrients. Every living thing, when born, INSTINCTIVELY knows exactly what this package is and where to find it nearby. Every creature that is, except humans.
HUMAN WIZARDS
We are the exception. We need to make up our perfect nutritious meal by running around all over the place, piecing together bits of food from here, there and everywhere. Our plates need to be colourful and include our daily 7 fruits and vegetables. We must follow the food pyramid and strive to balance our meal with different food groups. Then we play God and re-invent our food, changing its shape, form, consistency. Furthermore, we add heaps of chemicals to our magic creations.
Why are we the only earth dwellers that struggle with our health and yet we eat a ‘well-balanced diet of assorted things from many categories’?. What on earth gave anyone the idea that this is how it is meant to be? We are not that unique that we would have to source all our meals from all over the world. Original human beings miraculously managed to survive without being able to import out of season food.
THE RESULT
Our insistence in trying to be clever has resulted in tremendous chaos, poverty, hunger, desertification, and sick people, both mentally and physically.
To support all our wonderful food creations, we have had to invent a whole submarket. We had to build many factories and manufacturing plants to produce our accepted means of substance. This resulted in immense problems, and we now spend our time scrambling to provide semi solutions and cures.
Life as we now know it, forces us to go to school so we can get a job so we can buy our daily bread. We are in a system which is no longer authentic to the free-spirited nature that we were born with. Our choices are continuously influenced to keep the economy going. Unfortunately, we are brainwashed into thinking this is for our benefit. Our daily bread makes us sick, but it is dandy because we work and can buy medicine.
WICKED CIRCLES
So ask yourself as to why our creator would make us eat food that would kill us? He/she has never done that to any other creature on earth. Every living thing on the planet has a tiny variety of a couple of food items that it exists on, and that is perfect for its constitution. If you don’t have a creator, question why we are evolving like idiots. Subsequently, if you are big into believing we came from apes, then you better question why they survive and thrive on vegetation and we don’t.
It has all become a self-fulfilling, wicked circle fueled by fear of poverty and extreme greed. Gullible masses willingly trust what they are told because their parents accepted it and because it was slammed down their throats for many years at school. These beliefs are then re-enforced by social pressure, people in authority, and Hollywood. Not to mention the people who have the most to gain by you eating their food, and using their ‘cure’ pills to disguise the extent of harm on your organs.
LONG TERM PROBLEMS
What you eat daily, damages you more as you get older. The older you get, the sicker you get. We take this for granted and accept it. Diabetes, Arthritis, Obesity, High Blood Pressure, Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Osteoporosis, Cardio Vascular problems, and many other ‘diseases’ accepted as normal. It is something that happens after the age of 30, and nowadays, even before that age.
If you have any of the following problems, then what you are eating is wrong. Your problems will continue over the years and get worse the older you get.

OUR AUTHENTIC DIET
I need you to ask yourself one very important question. So important that your life depends on it.
Ask yourself whether you genuinely believe if out of all the creatures existing on earth, that you, human, are an exception? Are you the only creature that was not given a completely packaged, one shot to go food, easily obtainable?
Like other earth dwellers, logic dictates that our food has been pre-packaged and sorted for ease of use. Everything we need from one source. Our authentic diet. This is how we existed when we first appeared on earth before we become thoroughly confused about where to get our best nutrition.
SOME CLUES TO EATING AUTHENTICALLY
Let me help you a bit at this point. Your perfect meal does not get shipped from Spain after being kept in cold storage for 14 months. Then only to end up at a premium from Woolworth’s or your local Spar. Your perfect meal also does not get produced in manufacturing lines. Nor does it have all sorts of preservatives, vitamins and stabilizers added to it. It is not processed, nor Genetically Modified, nor re-invented in any way. There is nothing authentic in that.
Your perfect meal does not turn you into a food addict, where you are hungry again a few hours later and it will NEVER make you put on weight. The correct meal will ALWAYS leave you with boundless energy. Just imagine eating food that will leave you remarkably healthy. Imagine a clear head and no pain, gas, nausea, heart disease, diabetes, acne, arthritis etc. As a result, you will live a long time, and your later years will be years of quality as a reward for your authenticity.
MAN’S PERFECT PACKAGED FOOD IS?
Well, the nutritionally enhanced box of whatever sitting in your grocery cupboard waiting to get weevils is not it. If we are to follow the probability that we have one food to beat them all then we need to find one food capable of providing everything we need in one go. The only food that matches this rule is food from the animal kingdom. This is because everything else is secondary, and often harmful to us, especially as we get older.
You can successfully live off only animal products and water your entire life without being nutritionally deprived. This will make some people very upset. Many of you will flat out deny that this is possible, nor, will you argue, does it form an authentic human diet. Your upbringing and beliefs will assist you in throwing an arsenal of nutritional ‘facts’ from experts to prove your point. Let me warn those of you so keen to do this. Your expert is an expert in having innocently learnt and accepted the wrong thing to start with.
See plants as a tool in extreme survival situations to prolong life, nothing more. Somehow though, we have mixed it up and eat our survival food as our main source, and our main source as survival food.
VEGETARIANS
Some of you will be more open-minded and eager to learn more. Some of you that are already very ill might be at the stage where you will try anything to get better. As an ex vegetarian myself, it is for you I feel the most compassion for. Having walked your shoes I identify only to well how this would go against everything you stand for.
It is to you I say that yes, meat is the perfect meal, but you might have to work your way down from that to something acceptable to you and recognize that by doing this, you are not doing yourself any favours. Your best bet is to eat as close to natural as possible. Be a true vegetarian, or vegan, or fruitarian, and if what you are consuming no longer looks like what it does when it first existed, then don’t eat it.
DON’T BE A JUNKATARIAN!
In other words, an apple still looks like an apple when you eat it, so eat it. Grinding up wheat to make bread and adding things to it, results in it not looking anything like the original shaft of wheat anymore. How about that soya patty you just bought? Don’t forget the long economic chain of climatic events fake food causes en route from field to factory, to packaging, to transport, sometimes import, to shop, to your mouth. Forget the pizza, doughnuts and beer. Avoid any seed oils, margarine or sugar, they are pure poison.
If you are eating junk like this daily, then I do not know what you are, but you are not a true vegetarian. So step up, be authentic, and stick to pure vegetables, fruit and herbs that you grow only. You will most likely be somewhat hungry trying to exist like this, and you will have to make like a cow and graze often. Also, chances are high that you will be missing out on a lot of nutrition and protein etc. However if you have convinced yourself that this is man’s perfect meal, then so be it. BECOME AN EXPERT.
There are so many, many opinions going back and forth all the time about what to eat. Different experts conflict and scientific studies say one thing and then backtrack a few years later saying the opposite.
Throw out all this noise around food. Trust nothing you cannot prove to yourself. It makes a negligible difference if the nutritional advice you are absorbing comes from some scientific paper or a blog like this.
The only truth is your own. I ask you to take the time and work out what makes the most sense in the big picture. Don’t blindly follow a way of eating because you grew up on it. Become your own best expert by thoroughly testing opposite ways of living. Doing this will give you an informed opinion before making a judgement call of what is in your best interests. If you have not tried something for yourself and experienced it first hand, then how can you comment on it? Even mentally to yourself?
ASK YOURSELF SOME RELEVANT QUESTIONS LIKE:-
- Do I like the taste of this? Am I looking forward to eating this?
Stop eating things if you dislike them. Just because you are told it is oh so good for you, does not mean it is. Your palate and body know what it wants, and I doubt it is screaming for a raw kale smoothie.
- Do I have to disguise the taste of this to make it more palatable?
How often do you see a cow drowning its daily meal of grass with ketchup? Think. The correct meal for any species is perfect in its simplicity.
- Could I live off this type of food day in and day out?
Again, let’s use the cow. Does the cow complain about eating the same food day in and day out? Does any earthly creature have a problem with their meal? How often does the spider complain, or the fish? The bird? Anything?
You should always look extremely forward to your food, even if it never changes. If your choice bores you, then it is not an authentic human meal and you are eating the wrong thing. Can you picture yourself eating only a BIG bowl of broccoli every day for the rest of your life and nothing else?
- Does this item cover most if not all of my nutrient requirements for the day?
What you eat should give you everything you need in one shot.
- Does my meal leave me hungry after a few hours?
You should be able to eat once a day and be fine until the next day IF you ate the right thing.
- Do you source a whole bunch of food items and put them into one meal to make up the nutritional profile that your body needs?
And to add insult to injury, are you trying to do this 3 times a day? Funny human creatures we have become. We are the only ones that do this. Nothing else on the planet does this.
- Does my meal make my stomach rumble, give me gas, nausea, heartburn, cramps, constipation, diarrhea, or are you too full to move afterwards?
Eish, something does not agree with you. Food should never give you any side effects.
- Are you always feeling tired? brain foggy? no energy? Sleepy?
Well, you are like this because you are not getting enough nutrition. Eat what you supposed to eat, and you will have boundless energy.
- What is the environmental impact of your daily meal?
How long is the chain to get to you? How much refuse does it leave behind, not only in the manufacturing but in your rubbish bin and landfills?.
- And the big one is if you are overweight in any way, understand this:-
Your body is STARVING. You are eating more calories because your body is NOT getting the nutrition it so desperately needs. The only long-term solution to you being overweight is not to diet, nor is the answer to kill yourself in the gym. Your long-term solution is simply to eat correctly.
MAKING AN AUTHENTIC DIFFERENCE!
People all over the world are re-learning about and becoming carnivore with such amazing success that you will be hard-pressed to find one who would ever go back to his/her old way of eating. Results are almost immediate, and after 30 days, obvious. After 8 months, blood tests will speak volumes about the improvements. More people, more forests destroyed to make room for harvest fields for food produced to feed the masses. Less understanding of where it is all going wrong.
IN CONCLUSION
This time next century, well, let us say I am glad I won’t be around to see what we would have become. We will most probably be living off some genetically changed cereal-based Frankenstein food supplement that comes in a breakfast, lunch, and dinner flavour. The Impossible Burger is a step in this direction. It is also very telling in its creation. Take note that they did not make the “Impossible Carrot” out of meat products so that meat eaters could think they were vegetarians. As things stand, we have already started evolving and more babies are being born without wisdom teeth. The reason for this is from all the processed soft food we eat.
