If you can’t you are not alone. This is because there is no known cave painting with any plants depicted until 5000 years after the Palaeolithic age.

Why depict only the food you hunt? And not the plants you have gathered? Maybe because they did not consider plants as food.

Your ancestors ate according to instinct, and so should you. If you are eating any other way, you are heading for trouble.

You need to be the very best version of yourself. This is your birthright. The more that is ‘wrong’ with you in the form of illness, the harder it will be for you to live a life of purpose and to reach your true potential.

A DANGEROUS DIET

Anyway, I digress. I know for some of you eating from the animal kingdom is not an option because of the spiritual organizations you belong to. Others of you have grown up eating vegetarian and never eaten meat or fish. It is understandable that it would be a momentous step for you to take in that direction.

Your best option other than what I referred to in this article which you should read first, is to at least go low carb vegetarian or vegan, which will be a step closer in the right direction. At a later stage, if/when your health is terrible, you can then take the next step, though some damage might already be done.

To help you get started and to learn about and implement a low carb vegetarian or vegan way of life here is some information for you. This way of eating will take a bit of work, as it is not instinctive, but it is better than the standard South African Diet or as I refer to it as SAD, because it is just that, sad. This also stands for Standard American Diet.

Plants have many uses, the best being medicinal. Consumed when and as needed. Imagine if you kept swallowing conventional medicine for example, at the same rate as you ate plants the whole day. You would end up with many side effects.

As plants cannot run away from you, they have designed many other ways to protect themselves. Unfortunately, this results in a lot of harm to the human body when we consume them.

Every vegetarian or vegan out there, should at the very least make themselves aware of what eating that plant does to them, before they continue to eat them. I was going to go through all the many problems consuming plants cause, however; as they are not the focus of this website, I decided to give you a link to someone far more knowledgeable than myself, as we share some common way of thinking about the bigger picture

He has done tremendous research and goes into a great deal of depth, covering all the different dangerous aspects of the plants, seeds, fruits etc you are munching. This is well worth your while to read and will leave you wiser about your choices. Remember, Knowledge is Power!

BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS

It is a great sadness that we are born into a world where something must cease to exist so that something else can continue. I would love nothing more than to exist purely on absorbing the prana from the air I breathe and be healthy doing that. It is the ultimate next step.

If I was artificial intelligence with no emotion, this is exactly the system I would design, because it works. We live in a creation devoid of all compassion, brutal in its execution of both births and deaths. It is self sub-sustaining and ensures that the strongest are always the last ones standing.

It is pointless to exist as anything less than strong, quick, intelligent and healthy. Achieve this by being true to design and accept that your mere existence equals the death of something. Realise that If something was intelligent enough to create the world and us, then self-same intelligence had the option of coming up with a better solution than everything eat everything, but did not.

If you are not eating meat products for ethical reasons, then your path of least harm to everything else is to grow your food and eat only that. Unfortunately, you do this at significant risk to your nutritional survival. You are living counterproductive to your original blueprint. If you are eating anything else, it means that it has gone through some commercial harvesting. This results in the killing thousands of small mammals in its production. Innocent you are not. You are not better than a meat-eater, just more malnourished.

A FINAL POINT

There are many ‘Scientific Papers’ out there that compare a Vegetarian diet to a Meat-eating diet. Most of them have very positive conclusions for Vegetarians and negative results for Meat eaters. You need to understand that they are NOT comparing vegetarian/vegan diets to carnivores, they are comparing it to people that eat many other things plus meat.

True studies of Carnivore vs Vegetarians don’t exist yet.

Think of it this way. Compare a so-called meat eater eating a piece of Kentucky Fried Chicken with chips, to a Vegan with a vegetable platter. They produce both the chicken and chips by frying them in seed oils, flour, and many other funny ingredients. Hell yeah, that meat-eaters diet is to die for. This is NOT a carnivore diet.

There is a BIG difference between SAD diets with meat in them (and a lot of other rubbish) and a diet of pure carnivore and water. These comparisons are ridiculous and skewed and are the exact opposite of what a carnivore diet stands for. Are you enamoured with The Game Changer movie? well, this is exactly what they did, amongst many other ‘facts’ that were wrong.

CONCLUSION

I hope this article has made a slight difference in the way you might perceive your current diet. Going forward, if nothing else, you now know that there are ways you can heal the damage done from being a Vegetarian, Vegan or Fruitarian.
